Please allow 2-3 days for processing your order. You will receive e-mail notification once we have received your order and once it has shipped.
Priority mail is our preferred method of shipping and we will provide tracking to you as soon as we have mailed your order.

OUR POLICY
REFUND
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return for a full refund on your order within 14 days. The item must be in original condition. Please contact us at lisamariejewelers@gmail.com for return instructions.
REPAIR
We will repair any damaged merchandise at no cost within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition.
We are happy to handle any repairs after the warranty period for a nominal fee.
